How fast do you pick up a job?
I start within 24 to 48 hours after you send your job.
How is time counted?
In 30-minute blocks. One strip is 30 minutes of work.
Where do I see my balance?
In the client portal under Strip card. There you also see per job how many strips were used.
What is included in my hosting plan?
Automatic plugin updates are in every plan. Daily backups and malware scans are in Pro and Advanced. The Build page shows what each plan includes.
