This website
- No tracking cookies. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Visitor statistics are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics and PostHog. Both are set up to place no cookies and store nothing in your browser; I see which pages are visited and what is clicked, not who you are. No screen recordings are made. What you type in this site's search bar is logged anonymously, so I can see what information visitors look for.
- Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare. On every visit Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site.
- Preferences such as light/dark mode or a dismissed notice are kept in your own browser only (localStorage) and are not sent to me.
- Fonts are loaded from this site itself, not from Google.
- The AI assistant. When you ask a question in the chat, your message is sent through Cloudflare to Anthropic (the maker of the AI model Claude) to generate an answer. I do not store chat conversations. The conversation is kept only temporarily in your own browser until you close the window. Never share passwords or payment details in the chat.
Contact and client portal
If you contact me by WhatsApp or email, I use your name, contact details and message only to help you. Domain searches, orders and support tickets run through the client portal at my.aqwebit.com.
Clients
For clients I process the data needed to deliver and invoice services, such as name, company details, contact details and payment details. For hosting, domain registration and Google Workspace I work with specialised suppliers, who use this data only for that service.
Retention and security
I keep data no longer than needed, and at least as long as the law requires for bookkeeping. I don't share data with third parties unless it's needed for the service or required by law.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Email hello@aqwebit.com. If you disagree with how your data is handled, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
